The production of high-quality bearing units begins with the careful selection and inspection of raw materials. Steel or cast iron is sourced from trusted suppliers and rigorously inspected for purity, strength, and durability. Materials are then prepared for the manufacturing process, ensuring they meet strict quality standards before moving to the next phase.

The bearing housing/block is produced with high precision through advanced casting or machining processes. In the upgraded casting process, modern casting equipment and improved molding technology are used to ensure more stable material structure and higher dimensional consistency. Molten metal is precisely poured into engineered molds to form the housing’s base structure. In machining, raw metal billets are carefully shaped using CNC machines to achieve the required dimensions and surface finishes. Both methods ensure accuracy and durability, forming the foundation of the bearing unit.

Once the housing has been formed, the next crucial step is the painting and coloring process. This enhances the housing’s appearance and adds a protective layer. First, the housings undergo thorough cleaning and surface preparation, including sandblasting or chemical treatment, to ensure the paint adheres properly. After priming, the housing is sprayed or dipped with high-quality paint or powder coating in custom colors to meet customer specifications. This step not only improves the aesthetics but also provides a layer of protection against corrosion and wear. The painted housings are then dried or cured to ensure the paint fully hardens, guaranteeing durability and a smooth finish.

Bearing ring grinding at DEBOT employs high-precision CNC grinding machines to perform fine machining on bearing rings, ensuring dimensional accuracy and surface finish. The process includes rough grinding, fine grinding, and final inspection, suitable for various bearing ring sizes and meeting high-performance bearing requirements.

The individual bearing components, including the bearings and housings, are carefully assembled into a complete bearing unit. During this stage, seals are added to protect the bearings from contaminants and moisture, and appropriate lubrication is applied to ensure smooth operation and longevity. The final assembly is done with attention to detail to ensure optimal performance.

Each bearing unit undergoes stringent quality control checks and testing. The bearing's load-bearing capacity, smoothness of operation, and overall durability are tested to ensure they meet or exceed industry standards. Only units that pass these rigorous tests move forward in the production process, ensuring that customers receive reliable, high-quality products.

Once the bearing units have passed all tests and quality control checks, they are carefully packaged to prevent damage during transit. The packaging is designed to keep the bearings safe and secure, while also being easy to handle. The final product is then shipped to customers worldwide, with timely delivery and proper documentation ensuring a smooth shipping process.
