DEBOT Bearing Casting: Where Strength Begins

Behind every high-performance bearing lies a meticulous, controlled manufacturing process. At DEBOT, one of China’s leading Bearing Manufacturers, we believe that quality starts at the very beginning — with casting.

Our casting workshop is equipped with advanced melting and pouring systems, covering every detail from raw material processing to finished blanks. In this video, we showcase DEBOT’s real casting process, which includes:

  1.     1.Melting – Premium alloy is melted in a high-temperature electric furnace.

  2.     2.Inspection – Each batch is tested to ensure chemical composition meets exact standards.

  3.     3.Mold Preparation – Sand molds are crafted with precision, based on product specs.

  4.     4.Pouring – Molten metal is poured into molds, quickly forming the desired shape.

  5.     5.Cooling & Solidifying – The casting slowly cools and gains structural strength.

  6.     6.Shakeout – Once cooled, the mold is removed and the rough casting is revealed.

  7.     7.Surface Cleaning – Residual sand and oxide layers are cleaned off using vibratory and shot-blasting methods.
